The city council has an ordinance stating
that a new employee of the city has 180 days
to relocate and reside within the corporation
limits of the city and failure to do so will
result in that person being terminated...
does this not apply to the fire chief??
and why not? what is the deal here???

Our city has OVER PAID the City Administrator for years! Collinsville
which will be paying him $98,000.00 for a population of 24,707
(2000 census). We paid him approx. $90,000.00 for a population of
6800-7000. I think our Mayor and several aldermen need to EXPLAIN
TO THE PUBLIC...why this happened. Let's bring the City back to the
public.
He left our city in "trouble" with the help of our illustrious mayor.
